Eochaid Welsh Ponies and Cobs

Gwenllian is named for Gwenllian ferch Gruffudd, the 10th century warrior princess of Wales, and she knows it. Her registered name is Welsh for "Warrior Princes." Gwen is level headed and takes in everything around her at a glance, then makes decisive decisions about what she wants to do. She is whip smart and full of energy like her dam, Zena. Zena is a trail riding machine; we call her the energizer bunny because she never wants to stop and Gwen takes after her. When the other foals are winding down for the night, Gwen will still be running circles around the pasture. If you are looking for a pony that can take you through an eventing or CDE marathon course and be raring to go the next day for jumping/cones, Gwen is the pony for you. Gwen is expected to be about 13.1hh, fast, and strong.
